This last week, I was doing a crayon art project. I learned that asking advice from people is the best thing anyone can do. I decided I wanted to add Olaf to my crayon art project, because I wanted something that little kids or even adults would enjoy looking at. In my artwork, somethings didn't turn out as I planned, one of them was that I really didn't like how the crayon art went into Olaf's name but after the whole project was done, I really loved my artwork! It was really fun seeing the crayons melt and seeing how the wax moves and decided where it wants to flow and end up at. I also learned that maybe I should use a ruler to glue the crayons on the canvas, because my crayons kind of went downsided but that didn't matter because the wax went farther down and after all it actually looked pretty cool! I can't wait to see the next projects I make and what I want to change about them. I love teaching my friends and other people how to do crayon art because then they will look up after me in artwork.
I can collaborate with my artwork. During this experiment, I asked for feedback from my friends and art teacher. I was trying to figure something out that I could make artwork with Olaf, so I decided I wanted to make crayon art. I'm really proud of this artwork, I always wanted to do crayon art and adding Olaf to it made it more fun and enjoyable. I can't wait to do another project like this! Art class is one of my favorite subjects and I love seeing the mistakes I make, because after those mistakes I always try my best next time to make the project better and better each time! :)
In this picture I had to use collaboration to help me, I had help from my art teacher. She helped me by teaching me how to get the shape just right and how to get the edges perfect. I wanted to add Olaf to my project because I think he lights everyones day up! It was kinda hard to draw Olaf, because at first when I first drew it I didn't think it looked like him, so I fixed it. I decided I wanted to do Olaf on crayon art because Olaf likes the bright days like the beach and stuff and the colors would go perfect with his drawing. I'm really glad I did the lighter colors instead of the dark colors. I can't wait to see the next project I have to create! :)
